The only way to fight back is to have the GOP control the House and use the power of the purse?

In other words, there’s nothing we can do.

An entire article without the main victim, and it wasn’t Republicans..

It was Trump..

Comey is/was once a Republican right?

Trump was a Democrat once, right?

The R vs D Con is dead.

It’s the Uniparty vs Trump and His MAGA voters..

The R team appears to be full of domestic enemies too..

FBI is secret militarized intelligence police for democrat party. So is the CIA.

The list of crimes committed by the FBI and CIA is stunning.

Simply put, Treason, on a massive scale, for years and years.

And, it continues now. The government is now a rogue thug gang to protect and participate in theft on massive scale by Biden crime family, Clinton crime family, Obama junta and deep state operatives.

There is no other way to describe it.

Thank you. That is correct.

D vs R is theater. It’s corruption vs. the ideals of the country, and corruption is winning completely.

corruption is winning completely

It is, due to zero accountability.

there is no recourse to remedy it

I disagree, but it would require an actual American that believes in this country and doing the right thing to be the Speaker of the House or Senate Majority Leader. McCarthy could empanel a select committee today and Subpoena every last one of these Quislings and Hold them in Contempt of Congress, JAIL them and have them all transferred to GITMO until the end of the Congressional Session.

"U.S. CODE TITLE 2--THE CONGRESS CHAPTER 6--CONGRESSIONAL AND COMMITTEE PROCEDURE; INVESTIGATIONS Sec. 193. Privilege of witnesses No witness is privileged to refuse to testify to any fact, or to produce any paper, respecting which he shall be examined by either House of Congress, or by any joint committee established by a joint or concurrent resolution of the two Houses of Congress, or by any committee of either House, upon the ground that his testimony to such fact or his production of such paper may tend to disgrace him or otherwise render him infamous." Simply look up Hinds Precedents, especially chapters 53 and 51, and Cannon's Precedents, especially chapters 184-185. You'll find numerous detailed cases of Congress asserting its power, arresting people, holding them until they agreed to answer questions, and then releasing them. Some of these people did not refuse to appear, but simply failed to satisfactorily answer questions. Congress has the authority to arrest and imprison those found in Contempt. The power extends throughout the United States and is an inherent power (does not depend upon legislated act) If found in Contempt the person can be arrested under a warrant of the Speaker of the House of Representatives or President of the Senate, by the respective Sergeant at Arms. Statutory criminal contempt is an alternative to inherent contempt. Under the inherent contempt power Congress may imprison a person for a specific period of time or an indefinite period of time, except a person imprisoned by the House of Representatives may not be imprisoned beyond adjournment of a session of Congress. Imprisonment may be coercive or punitive. In 1924 an oil executive appeared but refused to answer certain questions, so the Senate held -- literally held -- him in contempt. Senator Thomas Walsh of Montana argued that this question of contempt was of the gravest importance, and that it involved "the very life of the effective existence of the House of Representatives of the United States and of the Senate of the United States." The matter was taken to court, and the witness fined and imprisoned.

You can see how there is a two-tiered justice system today- a soft one for the left and a harsh one for the right. You can see that there is no accountability for wrongdoing.

The videos of Hunter alone are enough to throw him in jail. There's two possible explanations why he's not in jail: 1) the GOP lacks the stones to do what's right, or 2) if they do jail Hunter, Daddy will issue an executive pardon. Does that bring in double jeopardy into play? If so, wait until Trump win the Presidency and then throw both their sorry a$$es in jail.

No accountability and everyone in DC knows that the laws don’t apply to them, so they’ll continue as if nothing happened. They are at at war with the people of the United States. It’s time people recognized that and started acting as such.

And I don’t mean in their crooked, tainted court system. They own the judges - there’s no justice that can come there.

Read into that whatever you please - call me when the sh&& actually starts happening.

As far as I see, the article fails to tell us “the one way to fight back.” Did I miss it?

Maybe Trump can sue individual FBI agents in Civil Court.

Intent would be to destroy their lives. Make them homeless!! Leave them with a tent, sleeping bag, and directions to the closest underpass where they can live out their miserable traitorous lives.

Unfortunately, the FBI will indemnify them and take care of all the costs. The suit would have to be against them in their official capacities, which equals a suit against the Gov't. itself per SCOTUS in Will v. Michigan

we are very close to a totalitarian fascist state. We are. Lose the next election and it’s here. You can see how there is a two-tiered justice system today- a soft one for the left and a harsh one for the right. You can see that there is no accountability for wrongdoing. We’re in a lot more danger than most realize.

Some revolutions come with a whimper, rather than a bang.
