These people need to be publicly executed.
When the government can no longer protect its citizens and especially the children, it's time for citizens to rise up and administer justice.

I think before this is all said and done this will become de rigueur in society to do this to all pedos, perverts, freaks, degenerates, weirdos and deviants who act out.
