My bet would be that the boys may be just as innocent as the girls in this sordid and horrific crime. Seeing as the blue-haired, tatted, nose-ringed teachers and their higher-ups all want the very books which illustrate and explain this filth readily available to the kids, I dare say the “teacher” orchestrated this whole thing.

The Internet can go from a "G" rating to "XXX" very quickly. Kids can see things on the Internet that wasn't seen the girlie magazines of yesteryear. It may not be the teacher or school's fault.
