For the last 20 years of the homosexual right movement my prediction has been
1) Institute homosexual rights as a civil right protected minority class to make homosexuals eligible for all the legal clout of an official protected class with access to courts to further their agenda and also to make them eligible for government transfer payments and social welfare money similar to other protected minorities.
2) Bring Tranny Rights to the forefront and mainstream trans rights after winning on 1
3) Mainstream and legalize pedophilia . Reduce the age of consent to 8-12 years old and create an interlocking set of laws that enables pedos to openly prey on children while preventing parents from interfering.
This was back when very few people where more than vaguely aware of what a tranny was. People ridiculed me as a crazy, intolerant right wing fanatic.
They had never met a rabid Act Up "Queer Rights" fanatic or a NAMBLA "Get them at 8 before it's too late" pedophilia rights activist. For those not familiar, NAMBLA is the euphemistic acronym for the National Man - Boy Love Association At the time, I was sort of amazed that such an organization even existed, much less that anyone would openly and publicly profess membership and crusade to mainstream it's agenda.
These people are very smart and manipulative and they are very well organized. They know how to operate in the shadows due to the then illicit and stigmatized nature of their then criminal lifestyle and they were fanatical on furthering their agenda to normalize and mainstream their lifestyle by any means necessary.

Liberals like Phil Donahue were introducing the public/women to NAMBLA on their daytime TV shows decades ago, Allen Ginsberg was taught to boomer college kids and was a NAMBLA defender/activist although he swore he wasn’t a member.
The Libertarians have refused to condemn NAMBLA for decades, right now NAMBLA is keeping (or being held by the left to) a low profile, but at some point, the left will see their moment and NAMBLA will be the hot new oppressed and marginalized group.
