If the loss rates are favoring Ukraine, then Ukraine may be bleeding out Russia some more before launching a major offensive. The Putin Fan Club will respond by saying that it is actually Ukraine that is losing 3 to 10 soldiers for every Russian. They’ve been saying that for about a year, and it never crosses their minds there are reasons Russia is not at Ukraine’s Polish border by now.
