i do believe a man receiving an organ that isn’t man designed would find that the rejection of such an organ, is imminent.

the body works that way... on a cellular level... now, perhaps a brain transplant is needed.

This is comically stupid. Would this result in a natural childbirth or would it have to be cesarian?

Even if the uterus wasn’t rejected, a man with an implanted uterus still could not carry a child to term. It would be a death sentence for any child they implanted in that uterus.

Pregnancy is one of the most complicated things that the body does, and besides being missing a uterus, men are also missing the glands and hormones that handle all the “fine tuning” required to manage the body during a pregnancy. They’re missing also the placenta, the umbilical cord, and other parts necessary to transfer oxygen and nutrients to the baby, and remove waste from the baby. So sticking a uterus in a man is just sticking a tomb for that baby in his belly.
