Based on some of the information provided by Ray Epps' daughter one big thing to check, beside the LDS excommunication records, is the sale record of his 5 acre Arizona ranch. That sale came AFTER Epps was exposed by Revolver News and it became apparent that Epps had to be given substantial additional compensation. So WHO purchased that ranch, what was the sale price, and how much greater was it than the price Epps paid for it? Oh, and was the sale price of the ranch in line with what other properties in the area were selling for at the time?

Not only do they not prosecute him, but they have to protect him, but they can’t be seen protecting him. The best way they can do it is with money so he can see to his own security concerns. Legit sales would be one way to do it. But the problem is that the kind of people with the power to look into his finances are the same kinds of people who want to protect him.
