Perhaps they could save time for potential employers and just put ‘Black graduate’ or ‘LatinX graduate’ on the transcripts so they’ll be unemployed for decades.

In other words, all of those with inferiority complexes can attend their own little safe-space, snowflake graduation ceremonies. How nice!
Stupid, divisive leftists. 🙄

This is from Rutgers’ website:
The Kente Stole Presentation
During the ceremony, each graduate will be presented with a Kente stole native to Ghana. Though Kente was developed in the 17th century by the Asante (Ashanti) people, it has roots in a long tradition of African weaving, dating back to about 3000 B.C. Often reserved for royalty, the Kente Stole Presentation acknowledges that our achievement is made possible by the support of family, friends, and loved ones. This “passing of the torch” recognizes the contributions and sacrifices of our ancestors on whose shoulders we continue to stand in pursuit of our goals.

Xicans are the multi-headed creatures that invaded the planet eons ago. They brought along Xidra, which is for the eyes, and makes you see unnatural things, like LatinX and Xicanx and Alienx from all over.
