Dianne had to be almost tricked by her Aide into giving a statement of retiring. She didn’t seem to remember saying she would be retiring, even though she allegedly make the comment the day before a reporter asked her about it.
“No, no. I haven’t said anything about retiring.”
Aide interrupts Dianne: “Yes, you made the statement yesterday.”
