When I was a kid, the local community threatening to burn down the TV station if they aired a half naked woman living with a single man. It was called “I dream of Genie”. Wasn’t aired for a year or so.
And the youths’ almost sacred, certainly powerful, curiosity was at least partly retained until a more appropriate time.
