Well, I’m not buying this stuff and I’m not a feminist but a woman AND a man make a decision to have sex and if a baby comes along it’s both theirs. According to this idea if she’s responsible then she has sole right to terminate the baby in an abortion and after all, that baby is partly the man’s. Maybe that man WANTS a baby.

As for women have it easier I don’t buy that either. They work too, cook and clean and bear children if they do, many other things, including if they get cancer or some disease sickness.

It’s the luck of the draw how easy it is out there and some of it is personal choices can be good or bad. Why is it no one is able to think these days?

I wonder how she’d feel if she was cheated on? Or got overweight in 20 years and then cheated on, or how about hooks up with a serial liar/cheater? It’s all her fault? This is stupid stuff, here.

Actually I was thinking more of the scene from In The Heat of the Night where Det. Tibbs gets slapped by rich Southerner Mr. Endicott, and slaps him back (in the video, around 0:55). According to writing of the time, when the movie was shown before white audiences, the audience was shocked, while black audiences applauded loudly. By the same token, men who have suffered from the relationship discrimination presumed by the courts would applaud a slapped man slapping back, whether or not it is a good idea.

For some reason, your mention of the word "grapefruit" in the context of this story brought to mind something I read in The Last Whole Earth Catalog about 50 years ago, as a college student.

It was a description of childbirth, and the author made the a comment that went something like this: "if you're game, three or four strong friends and a grapefruit can help you feel a lot closer to your wife."

I’ve seen her videos before. She likes to call out spoiled, entitled (yet still identifying as victimized) Instagram-type women.

And she’s preaching a return to 50’s dating roles and rules.

Today’s women get to break their half of the bargain, from chastity to faithfulness to unilaterally to unilateral divorce, but still expect men to play by the old roles.

Pearl is explaining to them why that doesn’t work, and exactly why most of the good men have started going their own way.

Pearl Davis mainly talks about man/woman issues, rarely on conservatism in general, while Amala Ekpunobi talks about politics, which would include feminism etc.
