So he won’t cooperate? Big whoop. The feds don’t need his cooperation. He’s also telling us that he won’t oppose the feds either.
I refuse to accept that states are completely powerless in the face of fed tyranny. States have their own laws. There must be some pretext that he could use to defy this corrupt action, perhaps detain federal agents sent to perform an arguably illegal arrest. And, he could keep them locked up until a grand jury decides whether or not the action is legitimate.
That would show his mettle and demonstrate his fitness for the job he covets. However, it might also delay his chance to run for it.
