This is not “newly discovered” evidence, nor a “bombshell discovery”. It’s been a matter of a trial in which Durham lost.

He was acquitted for ‘lying to the FBI’, and in that trial the judge barred the prosecution from using the e-mail showing him doing exactly what he was charged for. That doesn’t mean others can’t be charged...but that said, this appears to be a rehash.

That’s what I thought, but maybe Durham has since found more iformation that is more specific and damning(?).
