I though James Okeefe had returned or passed on the A.Biden diary after lawyers advised him not to fool around with it as it looked dubious.

Despite this the FBI crashed into his home, and the homes of some of his employees in an attempt to intimidate him. The outrage following those invasions stemmed from the fact that PV passed on the story.

So who is Project Veritas_Action? Is that their twitter handle, or is this BS from the people who stole it?

National File considers themselves a competitor to Project Veritas. They believe O’Keefe should have been more aggressive regarding the diary... these documents from the special master prove in their opinion that James O’Keefe knew the diary was legitimate... That’s just my impression, I’d have to go over their material more to be certain.
