And if you own/operate a small business, do NOT ever even think about hiring one. It is a death sentence to a small business. One can’t get rid of em for less than $100K in legal fees no matter how justified the firing is and/or how bad they are.
One is basically up against the entire federal government if you fire one...protected class deluxe.
