DeSantis is smart not to respond to this until the facts are known. Is there to be an arrest or is it just manufactured theater on the part of Trump and the DA? It’s gotten Trump a lot of publicity and his sycophants have jumped to the bait. Meanwhile, Trump has compiled a book of the letters he’s gotten from celebrities.

Wow! That’s heavy! Real important stuff especially significant now that we’re facing bank failures, Russian threats to use nukes, the new Saudi alliances with China and Iran to replace the U.S. dollar, North Korea’s firing off of long-range nukes, and the meltdown of the American economy that most economists are predicting is in the offing.

Trump talks about all those things. It’s called walking and chewing gum at the same time, just like DeSantis is able to go to book signings, travel to Iowa and elsewhere, and still do whatever it is that he does.
