The Capitol has so many anti terrorism cameras that you are effectively on video from the time you enter the city limits.
And yet the J5 pipe bomber still has NOT been identified (on purpose).
Which, of course, proves with certainty hat those in charge do not want the person found.
Wonder why that would be?
