Changing of the charge from a misdemeanor to a felony and pursuing an issue the feds already dropped, makes it obvious that the DA is changing the rules to shoot for an indictment.
The DA will get hammered before this is through, even in New York. But, the intent isn't to convict anyway, it is to marginalize Trump's political image using alinskyite methods.
