There is no Right. For the past hundred years, groups have voted for more government under every administration. If there is a right, they have been millstoned away by parties and cast aside for corporate interests.

You make a good point. Its just a convenient pejorative for the Dems and media (but I repeat myself) to use.
If there really was a right there would be unmistakable efforts to shrink the size, power and scope of government but to your point, that never happens.
The country doesn’t seem to much care about our freedoms anymore. All they want now is freebies.
