Something very similar happened to my 62-year-old sister a short tome ago. What would have been a minor fall several decades ago left her nearly incapacitated and using a walker for several weeks. You know the saying: Growing old isn’t for sissies. Best wishes for a full recovery . . . eventually.
He has create misery for hundreds of millions of people around the world and for what? ! He does not need the money. He has been bribed with 10’s of millions from the communist Chines and Russians and now Ukraine.
I hope he dies a very painful death.
Post 29 has an article that describes it better than I.
That’s a relief.
Interesting. Over the years with people that I have known that has been the case. The body’s way of signaling to us there is a problem.
Which is why phone visits for a new illness can be okay.
However, we need the hands on and eyes on with our yearly office visit with a good primary care doctor.
My wife was the head RN in a busy practice for over 2 decades.
She, often, was the early warning system for her doctors and their long time patients re potential problems.
Our primary care doc has a male LP nurse, and he starts the eyeballing scan on you in the waiting room as he escorts you to the exam areas. Then after a few questions, he checks your BP and PR.
I cracked the code on this and often had white coat fever actually increased pulse rate/BP by the time I saw our FP.
So now a week or so before my yearly exam, I go into the Pulse check area where BP’s and pulse checks are done with no pressure on the RN’s or me. Usually while in there my BP is 110 over 80 with a normal pulse rate. It might take 2 tries. Several friends with white coat anxiety have the same result re going to that quiet space for BP’s and PR’s/
