I’m not sure where Newsome gets the authority to prohibit a private company from opening shop and doing business in California (well, except for where crazy lefties always get the authority- they make it up out of thin air). Legally he could probably prevent the state government from doing any business with Walgreens and possibly prevent the state-funded health insurance from paying for prescriptions filled there, but I’m not sure what else he legally could do.
