How about banning all lewd shows
“to mean a performance in a location other than an adult cabaret that features topless dancers, go-go dancers, exotic dancers, strippers, male or female impersonators who provide entertainment that appeals to a prurient interest, or similar entertainers, regardless of whether or not performed for consideration.”
I think that is what the bill is trying to do. However they better add a comma after “male or female impersonators”. Just so people know the other categories are regarded as also providing entertainment that appeals to a prurient interest.
