You would really confuse her by changing the question to "There are 4 oranges, 3 apples, 2 liberal teachers, and 1 banana. How many pieces of fruit are there."

Why do you need a master’s degree to teach seond grade math?
I’ve known some very stupid people with masters degrees. It also has no indication of teaching ability.
Anecdotally speaking I have a far leftist sister-in-law with the master’s degree who is retired teacher and she’s a blithering idiot.
I have a ba and my wife has some college and we homeschooled back in the 90s, a fair portion of our daughter’s K-12. We did such a poor job that she went to college at 16 on scholarship and was on the Dean’s list from her first semester on. As a sophomore she spent a year in Korea as an exchange student and was given a teaching position for one term before she left.

The responsibility to do it right while people like the public school districts can do what they want while hiding behind the failure they create for the parents each time. Just this statement alone is a very telling act. I’m smarter because I have a degree which make the parent less right and I can identify parental errors to them every time something goes wrong in my mind and not the parent’s mind. And I’m always right. The minute this teacher opens his/her mouth in class they are already wrong because they don’t share the problem and own the successes. Last person that was perfect they put on the cross.

Haha. When my daughter was in school I found out how dumb most teachers/educators are. Then when I was in front of them they’d try to intimidate me. Didn’t work since I had a bachelor’s in accounting and a masters in biz ad. By the time I was done with them they were pretty contrite. Of course they all hated to see me coming. 😜
