If O'Keefe is the one who "makes the product", the answer CANNOT be removing him. What is the good of a well-run company that doesn't do anything? We already HAVE the National Right to Life Committee.
The accusations are that he's a tyrant has made crazy expenditures and fired a couple high level guys trying to oust him. I see no smoking gun. The crazy expenditures are probably cool spy equipment and disguises. No one talks about O'Keefe enriching himself, pinching the secretary's backside, or not doing the work. He has an ego? Maybe. He is a large than life personality, and that comes with things associated with that.
