It was one of my first thoughts when I heard about the balloon that it would might carry a EMP devise.
A balloon using Stealth technology could carry an Electro Magnetic Pulse devise high in the atmosphere to the center of the US and detonate crippling the US electric grid.
That is also the reason that it upsets me that our government has been so slow to react to this invasion of our territory by our most dangerous rival.
