They could have a C-130 snatch that thing depending on how it’s configured, or put a few not exploding rounds into it. Let it settle to the ground, and capture it.

Here is the Monkey Werx US SITREP 2.3.23 - Chinese Balloon Over the United States! on YouTube.   He has all the skinny. He advised that the payload is as big as three school buses and a second balloon is being tracked over Canada right now.
