Yep. And, since the Speaker is over the Capitol Police, he should start a big nasty investigation into the event. (And ... was the murderer actually “cleared”? Was there any investigation? I don’t recall hearing about one.)
As I’ve said previously in this thread, yes, the DoJ did an investigation.
