Fentanyl is everywhere, thanks to Joe Biden. And fentanyl is a grim reaper. So my first thought would be a drug overdose.
And as a side note, I can understand why a grieving family would not want to discuss such things. But if it were drugs (or the jab) it would be of great value to let society know about it.

Daily Mail is on the case... thanks... that didn't turn up in my search. I take everything from the Daily Mail with a grain of salt... It is amazing how people who abuse drugs manage to survive year after year until they take the jabs and then drop over dead.
