Wouldn’t it be easier for digital copies? Easily transportable, digitally transportable, 256 bit encryption can’t be broken, easily smuggled. I’m not sure why they’d pay more for hard copy.
I think our guys are good enough that digital would be easier to ‘pick up’ than paper copies.
