Maybe the DOJ will take the cue and “lose” the evidence or come up with a technicality that protects Biden.
Remember, Feds, law enforcement DOJ etc have judicial immunity so if they lose evidence it’s no big deal.
It's already lost, or at least "inadvertently misplaced."
