This could be the solution. Trump gets things going in the House and after 100 days he can turn it over to McCarthy who would be unable to undo what Trump did. The wheels would have already been set in motion.
Trump should be named Speaker, and remain Speaker until the 2020 Big Steal is reversed and he may return to work as POTUS like America elected him to do in 2020.
