At this point they should neve4 back down. They should be talking months not days or vote counts. They should nominate some Democrats or some outsiders. Nominate an old school Liberal, Tulsi maybe. Nominate from the left of center. Nominate non politicians. This needs to be an F.U to the whole system.
11th time at failing to be elected as speaker. Why is he keeping this up? A better man, who was interested in the good of the country, and interested in a conservative speaker, would have backed up several votes ago. I suspect they are looking through FBI files now to find things on those that are against him, and he is just delaying until they can find what they need.
