(My opinion): It was the WHO's Director-General, Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, who offered cover for the Chinese version of covid-19 outbreak to go world-wide,
having believed the virus not to be human-to-human transmissible, based on Chinese medical/military authorities.
He attempted to delay international health reaction to the virus for about two months, thus, allowing for the international spread of the virus from China.
Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus is the first, and only politician elected to that office, at the insistence of China;
all other Director's were medical, or research physicians, not politicians.
Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus's home country is owned financially by China under the “Belt and Road” initiative to redevelop the country's infrastructure.

I regard any information coming out of WHO as being directed by China itself; with the same reliability and integrity as Huwaii, 'Tic-Tok', and President Xi, himself.
We need the source of the information about the avian flu transmission (H5 N1) to be released to the public, as well as any supportive independent research.
They cannot be trusted, especially in the move to transgress international health, or international health care sovereignty.
Usurption of international power over world health care needs to be earned, and not freely given out of convenience.
