As an English ex-pat - when the Queen died I said to many that it was the real and final death of old England. It no longer exists. QEII was the last link to England’s greatness and heritage. While I completely agree with you, what is a real conundrum is that there are in fact Islamists who lead perfectly normal lives year after year and who are peacefully engaged in the normal affairs of their non-Islamic communities. And in fact, you wouldn’t know that they were Islamists unless you inquired about it.
