Marjorie Taylor Greene just called out Lauren Boebert
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene ^ | 19 DECEMBER 2022 | TWITTER

Not sure what's going on behind the scenes. Maybe MTG thinks Boebert isn't appreciative of the MAGA movement and is turning into a RINO. I don't buy it. But what I'm really surprised at is that the two of them were indifferent of each other. I mean, I know they're not buddy-buddy, but I didn't know that there was some tension between them.

Sorry,he’s right. Trump has managed to keep himself in some check (except using EO, which are really the definition of wielding power - including the fact other EOs can easily be expunged with same, so really not as permanent as genuine, proper legislation). BUT he is all about himself basically. I did everything, I’m the best, this is the best ever, EVER, and everyone loves me there is no way I could lose the election, “cards” showing himself as iconic figures, etc.

He is rather the antithesis of Washington. Who was indispensable, and humble yet confident, temperate yet effective, moral. And adored, rightly so.

There is not a lot of agreement at this point on what a conservative is. The formula of the Reagan era has collapsed for a lot of people, but what exactly replaces it isn't clear.

We're the party of the Middle Class. We want the government off our backs. So a lot of our beliefs are aligned with those two things I've just mentioned. I think that's our identity right now. Everything else is open to debate.

That’s cool.

I’m not going to let comparing a President from the late 1700s to one that was President 2 years ago. You can vote and support whoever you want.

Basically, you will follow any leftist position, as long as Trump supports it.

So it seems me that those people are actually “Republicans In Name Only”, and those of us -and those candidates - who pledge to vote for whomever gets the GOP nomination are the “true” Republicans.

Don't you think it is a bit odd that people who essentially won't vote for any Republican except for Trump or mini-Trumps to be accusing others of being "Republican In Name Only?"

I mean, I'd choose 90% of Republicans over Democrats, but it seems like you guys consider 90% of Republicans to be the same as Democrats. And if that's the case, the you're the ones who aren't really Republicans.

This is what has thrown me about the Q narrative. That Trump and his Justice league of dead (but alive) helpers are all working to not only take out the DS but to save the whole world. That they work tirelessly 24/7 and yet Trump had never said he’s doing so. IF Trump were doing these things, would it not be boasted about repeatedly as is ingrained in his personality?

Well of course that’s true if you’re simply alluding to the title of the Party and those who identify as members of it. But the guys you’re referring to, myself included, are focused more on the ideological identity of the Party, and specifically to the failure of GOP politicians to adhere to that ideology when it comes to how they vote.

That would seem to be appropriate since the whole "RINO" label is literally based on people who don't support the party in general but use then name anyway.

I have no issue applying the "RINO" label to that minority within the party who votes with the Democrats almost as often as they vote with Republican. So the Susan Collins', etc.. And obviously add to them people like Romney, Cheney, and Kinzinger who side with Democrats against Trump.

My issue is with some of the hardcore Trump supporters who dislike most Republicans applying that label to the great mass of Republicans. I don't agree with every Republican either, but I still see a difference in general between most Republicans and Democrats. And if you don't...then I'd suggest that you fit the literal definition of a "RINO".

Never Cheney appears to agree with you (see below), but not for the same reason.

This is the real GOP. The party that nominated W Bush, McCain, and Romney for president. It’s delusional to call these pro-Biden Republicans “RINOs” when they’re the real Republican Party. Posted on 12/22/2022, 3:55:41 PM by NeverCheney

There’s no opposition to the creeping Marxism. Both ‘parties’ are in on it, with very few patriots remaining.
In reality there is one political party with two left wings, one a little more left than the other.
And behind it all is a shadow government of big tech, pharma, media, and people like Soros and Schwab. Universal mailed ballots will ensure false elections forever.
We’re done.

Pardon my pessimism ..

Could be Boebert figured out the Trump train is heading to nowhere..And Green doesn’t like it.

Could also be that barely winning her re-election in a blue state has been cause for some introspection.

Crazy might sell in Green's +32R district (formerly +49R), but not in Boebert's.
