Not to burst your bubble, but no, it won’t ever overturn the Biden election. Cause in that case, the POTUS is elected by the ELECTORAL COLLEGE, and quite frankly, it appears as though the States can elect their delegates as they please. And those delegates are not bound by the Constitution to vote as their popular vote dictated.

HAVING SAID THAT —

SCOTUS might in fact have a bunch of findings of fact that might destroy a few swamp creatures. The SCOTUS hates it when the balance of power shifts too much to the Executive or Legislative, and believe me, the would really hate it to find out that some inside cabal had as much (or more) than any of the three.

If the slate of electors that were picked were based on fraud, then the "states" should be able to get the courts to invalidate the elector's votes.

I doubt they'll do that, but it doesn't mean that they constitutionally can't.
