The Cochise County Board should have held out and refused to certify, then taken a vacation in Europe until January. That had better odds of keeping Hobbs out of office than the corrupt AZ courts.

Yep - had to wait because until they were certified, there was, according to the courts, no damaged complainants...kind of like saying cops can’t restrain a man in the act of committing violence until his bullet hits the intended victim...
