Republican Kari Lake on Friday afternoon filed a lawsuit to nullify the 2022 midterm election results for the governor’s race in the state of Arizona.
On Thursday Trump Attorney Christina Bobb previewed this historic filing.
Never in US history has their been so much solid evidence compiled in a lawsuit proving with certainty the Arizona midterm election should never have been certified.
In Arizona, and much of America today, Democrats believe any illegal or illicit fraudulent action must be accepted. Today Kari Lake stood up and said, “No more!”

The fraud happens outside the voting counting facilities. The fraud happens days/weeks before election day. When fake ballots are mailedin/created and then returned to the polling/counting facility I’m sure they are counted by the book.

IIRC, it was around 37% of all printers either malfunctioned or “ran out of ink”. These were printers which had performed perfectly the many days/weeks of early voting.
If even one person was disenfranchised from voting because of it, a re-election should have been triggered. At least that’s how it was in the state where I did elections. Thousands were disenfranchised in AZ.

She doesn’t use negative trigger words, “fraud”, “stolen”, etc., on purpose. The situations she cites absolutely “allege” fraud, and anyone who isn’t in a coma will infer there was fraud.
You are incorrect. There were issues at polls. 37% of polling places may have had one machine go bad. It’s not like 37% of polling places were down. Most of the places had many machines.
Lake has zero chance of overturning the election.

Sorry to hear that. Elections have of course been redone, or even overturned in the past, but typically require proving some sort of ill intent. That’s just how the law works, innocent until proven guilty. And I do believe there was ill intent here, but she’ll probably need to prove it was something more than just an accident, or dumb government incompetence, to not only get the election redone, but to expect the county or state to pay for it. I wish her well.

And that’s what happened when voters were forced to put their ballots in Drawer 3 (or Drawer C). Ballots were co-mingled.
It’s mind boggling to see the several methods they used to ensure the outcome George Soros was going for. (And those are just the ones we know about.) Only a myriad of reprobate minds working in concert could contrive so much fraud. It’s other-world-ly.

Yep - had to wait because until they were certified, there was, according to the courts, no damaged complainants...kind of like saying cops can’t restrain a man in the act of committing violence until his bullet hits the intended victim...
Here’s my beef. Those machines worked just fine all through early voting, and then we’re tested the day before Election Day and were all working and then suddenly failed at a 25-50% rate (whatever the actual percentage is)instantly at the outset of Election Day? And it’s coincidence? No. You can’t convince me that the malfunctioning was not intentional. Logic dictates that it was a plot to reduce the number of votes that could be cast on Election Day.
