That is a big piece of evidence. Direct evidence that it was state action not a private company that censured the information. It wasn’t just a private political party it is from the SOS office. Therefore, clearly a violation of the 1st Amendment. Have to look at what remedies are available to those with standing outside of damages to see what can be done.
