You may be correct of course.

Here's my reasoning:

The Democrat Party is an organized crime outfit. And it is run like an organized crime outfit.

Here's how organized crime works:

A large criminal organization that, for example, runs a city like New York or Chicago controls many smaller operations. That controlling organization is run by a boss or don...and he has a team of under-bosses. The boss and his VPs have intel on the entire operation but they keep as much distance as they need to maintain plausible deniability. They basically get their cut but don't share legal liability.

They use enforcers to maintain their control.

The smaller organizations have no idea what the management--the boss, his under-bosses, and the capos--is(are) doing. The more people that know what is going on, the greater the chance that someone is going to squeal to the law or to a competing organization.

This is why the underlings in the Democrat Party have no idea what is going on at the very top. They may suspect, but they can't prove it.

As said previously, when the underlings DO have proof...they get the Seth Rich treatment.

I hope James Woods gets his day in court. The guilty should be severely punished, sued for painful amounts of money. Freedom of speech is our most cherished right and nothing is sacred to these creatures. It makes it worse that during an election year, their leader makes a prime time TV presidential address to the nation to "warn" the electorate about what a threat to democracy their political opponents are. This is just diabolical and the collaborating media lets them get away with it

Then there's the ballot harvesting and election stealing. Voting is another cherished right of American citizens. It's like democrats are saying, don't even bother to vote, we'll take care of it and decide for everybody.

The DNC needs to be swamped with lawsuits and I just may file one myself as I was banned TWENTY times in the span of just 2 years for writing things as innocent as asking Rob Reiner to name the laws broken by Donald J. Trump after Reiner called Trump a “career criminal”. Just ASKING Reiner to name the laws Trump violated immediately had me banned.

He may not be the only one the DNC asked Twitter to shut down. Hopefully, discovery will turn up more names and a class action suit will be filed.

I dearly hope that the courts will see it your way. It is not within the scope of a government employee to tell social media companies to take adverse action against citizens with whom the employee disagrees. A civil suit should be allowed to be filed PERSONALLY against all such employees and any who aided, abetted, encouraged them to do so, or knew about it and willfully remained silent when it happened.

I would love to see Vijaya Gadde be personally sued to oblivion. She can move back to India and clean streets for a living. Is she even an American? I read she was born in India, moved to the US with her parents, but no mention if she got US citizenship.
