That’s true. But I don’t think the failure was generational as much as it was social and demographical.
Where we went astray was twofold:
1) Allowing our giant urban population centers to slowly descend into corruption and dependency. Each of our large cities has become that rotting apple or onion that spoils the whole barrel.
2) Allowing university professors to teach our children how to be Marxists - and, ironically, paying them handsomely to do it.
Whenever I get further away from the city, I find the vast majority of people I meet still have the values and common sense that I grew up with.
The college graduates who return home as Leftists almost always move to the big city to be near those of like mind.
In these big cities, there is no meritocracy, no intention of living off the land, minding one’s own business, or protecting one another’s freedom. In the city, there is a completely different eco-system based on redistribution of wealth, socialism and political favors.
For the Republic to survive, we needed more makers than takers - more farmers than bureaucrats - more builders than lawyers.
I think the mistake was for patriots to flee the cities when they grew too big - we should have stayed and cut them down to size. Instead we just looked the other way and washed our hands of it - but now they have taken control.
All the lawlessness, the corruption, the squalor, the perversion - it’s almost all concentrated in the big cities.
And now, we are finding that the election fraud is concentrated in the cities too - enough if it that a handful of corrupt urban precincts can now steal statewide and national elections.
We underestimated the cities. We thought of them as filthy, weak and declining. We were just glad we didn’t have to live there. But like pawns in a chess match - it turns out on Election Day these mega cities can be converted into queens.
What does “scanning ballots envelopes” entail?
I was watching Newsmax this afternoon, and they showed the election workers look at each envelope and looked at the rear of the envelope and sorted it one by one one went to this box and the others went to another box.
So they are able to identify by the barcodes or hidden X, or D or R.
There was a lot of envelopes going to the box on the right.
I guess they count the D’s first? The R’s must go somewhere else ?

They print and mail out the mail in ballots.

What you say here is definitely one of the mechanisms used - or taken advantage of - to complete the usurpation of the former Republic.

I think the Republic is already dead. Don’t even think it’s twitching any longer.
I see only two ways to remove the elite Marxist oligarchy: Severe economic depression - at the level of mass starvation and death on the streets; or a massive World War that we lose badly. Without one of those two things a Marxist eco-tyranny…WEF style…is a guaranteed outcome of our current government establishment.
Actually, Joe told us the week before the election that it was going to take a long time to cheat, er, count the votes and Nancy told this week that the House would stay in Dem hands.
