We really need to be clearer about why we are saying what we say and how it affects people.

This kid wants us to talk about crime but not marriage? Where do the vast majority of criminals come from? Fatherless families, single-parent (mother) families.

Yeah, sexual morality does affect society so yeah we talk about it.

Etc

I’m beginning to re-think my opposition to war.

Republicans lose because they allow Demonrats to control the agenda. Schumer And Peloski have their mugs on TV everyday spouting off whatever idiotic thought they have in their head. Where have the Republicans been through out this election? Trump is the only forceful one out campaigning. Republicans won big back in 1994 because they were united and had a plan. They had a leader who got out and made their plea to the public and controlled the agenda. Demonrats didn’t have anything to respond with then and still don’t, which is why this is so frustrating. Until McConnell and McCarthy are gone, this is how the elections are going to go.

I’ve listened to people in that age demographic talk. No one should be surprised that young people tend to be social liberals.

But, for a long time, there was one social issue they were conservative on: They were vehemently anti-abortion.

To show I didn’t imagine that, here’s a 2016 article: https://www.foxnews.com/opinion/abortion-and-millenials-what-young-women-really-think

Their opinions changed somewhat later, but they still support limitations:

https://www.instituteforprolifeadvancement.org/the-pro-life-support-nuanced-abortion-views-of-millennials-and-gen-z/

So, most of them continued to agree with Republicans on that issue.

But, then Republican candidates started talking about banning abortion from the point of conception even in cases of rape or incest. Now, Republicans have lost them on that issue, too.

This should’ve been a red wave.

Has nothing to do with it. Millennials are too punk and stpd to realize that pro life is not about stopping women from their rights to do what they want with their body but to end the privilege MONOPOLY of the peo aborts to indoctrinate through abortion while the opposite is nearly impossible in the public-government sphere!!!

Milenials simply get afraid of the propaganda and fake news of the left about the big bad statist pro lifers lurking for Handsmade Tale fiction realization

That fiction is a Democrat fantasy seeking realization. They are the psychopathic Basic Instinct artists

I don’t believe they are social liberal, they are cowardly and gullible, falling for the fear mongering democrats

Democrats do not win on social issues, but on fear mongering and shear brutality and intimidation

Big difference

"Republicans campaigned and spent money to try and get people to go to their precinct and vote for them. Democrats spent money for people to get as many ballots as they could and bring them to the precinct."

Excellent observation. Dems know how to win an election.

The GOP needs to be smarter. More Republicans should've won this midterm.

John Adams, observed, “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious People. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”
I think the younger generations are getting in the grill of the traditionalists to the extreme if we are to be honest.Pushing obscene abortion positions & dystopian perspectives on gender on children. Pretty gross.

Issues rt-wing candidates were pushing:
1.The UNLEASHING the full force of energy to get our economy moving & stop the high gas prices affecting paycheck-to-paycheck youth
2. Closing the border so that crimes and the dragging down of wages would stop. We are getting about 6-7K illegals daily.
3. Asserting parental rights in schools-keeping young people from being physically maimed by corrupt doctors doing sex-change procedures, etc.
4. Lower taxes & defunding 87K IRS agents unleashed on the working classes.
5. thwarting international agreements on climate change fake causes that take away more money from Americans & funneling it to the Ukraine and UN.
6. National debt at 31 trillion...collapsing the dollar & our fiscal system
7.Stopping the war machine in DC.

I think many have missed the main point here. Social issues would have been very simple to avoid for the GOP. Instead they chose to allow the Democrats to pull them in, knowing it was a trap they would fall for. I’ll use abortion as an example:
Question: how do you feel about the current controversy surrounding abortions?

Running for the house or Senate:
Answer: the supreme court has already ruled that this is an issue to be decided at the state level. As a representative in Congress this issue would not be a matter for me to decide upon. I believe the States are left this authority by our constitution and I will always support upholding the constitutional rights of our state.

Running for governor: my role as governor is to represent the people. It should be either directly decided upon by the people through a ballot measure or decided upon by the constituents they have voted for to represent them in our state legislature. The people’s will is my priority, not my personal beliefs or opinions.

This gives those worried about their “freedom” a sense of control in the matter. It avoids isolating a set of voters who otherwise would have supported them. This is why I say they need to “shut up” about these issues. They need to stop letting the Democrats bait them into irrelevant conversation. They need to remind people that their job is to represent the them and uphold the laws set forth by the constitution of their State and of our country. That’s how they win the votes.

DON’T GIVE OPINIONS OUTSIDE OF THE ISSUES RELEVANT TO THE JOB!In doing so you are pointing out that PTHE DEMOCRATS ARE GOING OUTSIDE OF THEIR ROLES. THAT THE DEMOCRATS ARE THE ONES WHO WISH TO TAKE AWAY THE PEOPLE’S VOICE AND MAKE IT THEIR WILL.

🧐🤯🤐

I agree those would’ve been good responses.
