One should remember that ‘direction of the country’ doesn’t really tell you much.
You can say you think the country is headed in the wrong direction because you think the country isn’t moving towards socialism too fast or too slow.
It sure looks like it to me.
The fraudulent election worked so well in 2020, why not do it again?
In this theory, it may be correct BUT that 73% moved to florida rather than stay in terrible states.
I see the blue states getting bluer and the red states getting redder and the uniparty/fed gov getting bigger. This is a lead up to a civil war.
I kind of hope the D’s retain the house. If the R’s control it, the D’s will blame all woes on the house and their obstruction tactics. If the D’s control everything, then they are both the driver and the shotgun going down cannonball run.

People are either lying that they’ve had enough, or else they’re terribly stupid, or maybe insane.

People here tend to forget that established politicians of any type are generally despised, despite the letter next to their name.
All it takes it someone to scare them and they vote a certain way.
What happened to all the polls that showed that most people were concerned with: inflation and the economy, crime, illegal immigration, all of which the polls said people thought that the republicans handled better? Also, what happened to the polls that 82 percent of blacks were concerned about crime? What about the polls that showed Hispanics all over the country were moving to the republicans along with suburban white women who were concerned about safety, high prices, and education? None of that makes any sense that they would then turn around and vote for the party that unleashed the crime wave, inflation, and the biggest land invasion in history.
It looks like picking lots of women, blacks, and Hispanics to run as republicans didn’t help any. Look at Mayra Flores the GOP was swooning over when she won the special election in TX a few months ago, she lost in the general last night.
I still can’t shake this bizarre feeling about Biden’s closing pitch ahead of the midterms. He said there’s going to be election deniers and that you must accept the results. The pollsters suck, but if you look at the data I bet you see a lot of woman voting for candidates that support abortion. Especially among the Indies.
They can’t give up the baby killing and getting rid of non-criminals guns.
A political party that is OK watching cities burn, and whose #1 policy is killing babies, has no problem stealing elections.
