No, it isn't "ok". Those "reserve of votes" are the ones they create after they know how many they need. That's why they end up being all dem votes at the end.
Because that’s how mail-in voting works in SOME States.
In EVERY State, mail-in votes are heavily Democrat.
Let me use Virginia as the last example. In 2021, The machine vote (including those evil DOMINION machines) went +14 Republican. If we only counted that vote, Youngkin would have won nearly every County and Virginia would have been redder than Kansas.
The mail-in vote was +50 Democrat. If we only counted that vote, Virginia would have been Bluer than Vermont.
This pattern has repeated itself over and over and over again since 2020.
Democrat voters will use the mail-in vote and Republicans go to the polls on election day and use the machines.
In many State, the mail-in vote can’t be touched until election night, in other States, it can come in up to a week AFTER election day, so long as it is post-marked by election day. But that’s not all. Once it comes in, they can’t just feed it into a machine. Mail-in ballots have to be verified. So manually, the county election workers have to match the signatures and addresses on the mail-in ballot with the voter rolls. In Pennsylvania, this is literally done with a book.
The difference this time from 2020 is that there is just far less mail-in vote to count.
They are admitting they intend to steal the elections.
When you stuff ballots you want to keep a ratio of about 70:30 - that way it draws less suspicion. What you do is isolate those ballots then when no one is watching count them again a few times... that is what was going on in Atlanta in that much talked about video from 2020.
Then it should be easy to show a discrepancy between number of ballots and the number of "votes".
There are NO Federal elections. The states run them all.
The laws need to be passed at the state levels. They need to be enforced at the state levels.
There was video of three of the workers passing memory sticks back and forth.. I seem to remember people saying they could be playing with the numbers that way. My above post was just my impression and it does answer two questions:
No machine hacking needed
No fake ballots needed.
So when people started talking about ‘krakens’ and the dead voting en masse, they could be made to seem foolish...
Like I said, those were my impressions, I’m not dogmatic about it... there was probably a lot more going on...

It’s time to say HELL NO to the Dem’s deliberate incompetence. How about this for a new narrative:
NOT COUNTING ALL VOTES BY MIDNIGHT OF ELECTION DAY CONSTITUTES FAILURE AND THREATENS DEMOCRACY.
When areas chronically FAIL to count and report their votes by midnight, it is on them to: change their organizations; replace incompetent officials; break up giant chaotic counting/cheating centers into small, managable units; change procedures and policies to stop logjams; back up the due dates for Absentee and Mail-in Ballots (and end the Post Mark derby); hire enough personnel to do the job; add or change equipment; have separate teams of sufficient size start counting absentee/mail in ballots at the start of Election Day, etc. Competent officials can get the job done.
Democrat-run areas seem to be the only ones that can’t count their votes on a timely basis. If those areas are too large, break them up as noted above. I propose that all areas be required to turn in whatever portion of the vote they have completed by midnight on Election Day. After that, tough tuna. The officials can explain to the voters in their areas why their votes didn’t count.

They’ve made ‘election denier’ the contemporary equivalent of ‘birther’. So if they steal the election again I suppose we’ll just have to trust that our leaders, McConnell and McCarthy, will continue to show their endless zeal in defense of our rights....
