I think both sides are backing away from the story. The left is backing away because the public now knows that DePape has long been clinically insane, and the right is backing away because Pelosi’s underpants are explained by his being asleep in bed when DePape broke in, and by the lack of corroboration that DePape is gay.
I want all the evidence of who was there, when they were there and what they were doing there.
I want the raw camera footage—all of it.
I want the facts.
That is what I want.
Let the chips fall where they may.
