SpaceX and Starlink use NASA facilities to launch most of their rockets, I could see NASA slowing that down and a lot more things that cost Elon Musk a lot of money.

SpaceX actually leased 39A launch pad from NASA for 20 years, back in 2014, after a fight with Bezos over that.
Look it up.
Plus SpaceX can launch from Boca Chica if they really needed to.

I know that I don’t need to look it up, since when has that stopped the Government, Musk could take the Government to court but that could cost a fortune and take time to resolve, the point is Musk is angering all the right people who can make his life miserable
