@SCOTUSblog
Just in: Clarence Thomas issues a temporary order preventing Lindsey Graham from having to testify in the Georgia election-interference probe. This is not a ruling on the merits -- it is an "administrative stay" while further briefing at SCOTUS continues.

Of course a member of the Republican Establishment gets help from the SC.
I thought maybe he wanted them to find him an adult male to love?
In Washington D.C., that shouldn't even remotely be a problem.
It is exactly what should be expected from the Supreme Court.
My feelings for Lindsey Graham aside this is the correct ruling. If the States want to have control over the US senate then they need to start by repealing the 17th amendment.
That comment says more about you than Clarence Thomas…or, ignorance is what it is.
Democrat scum plan to imprison anyone who discusses election corruption.
United States Constitution
Article I, Section 6
“The Senators and Representatives ....in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place.”
Bump!
Lindsey Graham is a RINO who secretly hates President Trump.
Regardless he doesn’t want to be railroaded by a Democrat prosecutor in Atlanta.
Good move by Justice Thomas.
The Supreme Court allowed the SDNY to continue their witch hunt against Trump.
Grahamnesty isn't a Republican. I wish Justice Thomas had refused to grant this, even temporarily.
Nobody has been screwed more by the Establishment than Clarence Thomas and his wife!
The entire SC did this not just Thomas.
Not yet. Thomas issued an emergency stay…I think. It gets confusing!
