The military-industrial complex in the West REALLY REALLY wants to try out its tactical nukes, just like it got to try out its Switchblade drones and HIMARs rocket systems.
It's got plenty of willing Ukie cannon fodder as battlefield props, and Russian soldiers on the opposite side.
It will be very realistic for their clients.
