Point of info... the lovely building with the Ionic columns and bas-relief sculpture is not the New Orleans City Hall, or any other city office building. It is Gallier Hall, a venue mostly associated with formal attire, Mardi Gras balls and very expensive wedding receptions. Click the link and see if you can imagine why the mayor might've chosen to put that "black power" symbol right across the street.

Gallier Hall was the city hall at one time. And that was where LaToya the Destroya was photographed unmasked this past winter at a Mardi Gras party, though she had a mask mandate in effect for the city. She's complete garbage.
