Once those kids cross state lines, California is inviting federal problems. Not that the current “justice” department would do anything, however.
I think you are right about that-don’t you have to be an adult-over 18-to buy a plane ticket? I suppose if they were old enough to have a drivers’ license-16 in most states-and a car of their own, they could just take off and drive there-but a younger kid is going to need someone older to get them a plane ticket or drive them to Cali-and if that happens, if Cali is protecting them-but they leave and go back to their own state, they are likely to be charged with at least contributing to the delinquency of a minor, I would think- maybe they will have to stay there to avoid prosecution...
If some adult actually does transport a kid to Cali for any of those ruinous “treatments” they need to be charged with kidnapping the minute they cross the line to their own state...
